Currently, pipes are the constituent elements in the vast majority of various industrial products. To use them for various purposes, it is necessary to process them by punching and cutting. The use of this kind of equipment makes it possible to exclude additional operations and auxiliary equipment from the production cycle of the product. Perforation and cutting of pipes on such equipment is carried out using an additional axis of rotation, which allows processing the surface of the workpiece along its entire length.
Also, on special machines, it is possible to make figured cutting of pipes, while their further joining and fitting of parts can be carried out without additional cut processing. This type of equipment allows processing pipes and profiles with a length of up to 3000 mm and a diameter of 15 to 315 mm. The initial data in the form of a drawing or a development of a pipe cut can be prepared both by the customer himself and by the specialists of the enterprise.
In addition to laser cutting, one of the modern materials processing technologies is plasma cutting, which also allows processing various materials with high accuracy, thanks to the capabilities of the equipment.
